Loan Highlights

1. Twelve month, interest only term loan.

2. We will loan up to 70% of the After Repaired Value. The percentage depends on the credit score, level of experience of the investor and the property.

3. The origination fee is up to 6 points. (Depends on credit score, level of experience of investor & property.)

4. The loan proceeds are limited to the total acquisition cost of the property, cost of improvements, and loan closing costs. No cash out at closing is allowed.

5. We pay borrower for completed repairs according to your submitted draw schedule.

6. No Pre-Payment Penalties.

7. Same day credit approval.

8. Loans close as soon as appraisal, title search and insurance are complete.
