Applicant – Applicant must have experience in real estate, preferably rehabbing of single family or multi-unit properties.
Credit
- We require a Tri-merged Credit Report. Your experience as an
investor and most importantly the property are the major factors in
closing a loan.
Property - Property must be for investment purposes only and must either be sold or refinanced once the property is repaired. The property cannot be occupied once the loan is funded. Days on market of comparable properties must be less than 180 days.
Get Started
- Apply for pre-approval simply by filling out the authorization
to
check credit form.
- Once you have a signed contract, fill out the Appraisal Authorization/Loan Request form.
- Fill out the Repair and Cost Sheet.
- Meet the appraiser at the property with your Itemization of Repairs and Costs form for the property.
- Close the Deal!
